What you'll do

Architect and design robust software platforms for complex embedded tactical communication devices.
Implement AI-driven development methodologies to accelerate and optimize the software development lifecycle.
Develop, customize, and maintain core software using embedded Linux and Android operating systems.
Optimize low-level real-time software to meet strict performance, safety, and reliability standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams within an Agile environment.
Perform hardware debugging and kernel modifications for tactical radio communication platforms.
Manage automated test environments and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
Expert-level proficiency in C and modern C++ for real-time operating systems and embedded environments (preferred).
Proven track record developing embedded software architectures using Linux and Android distributions (preferred).
Experience integrating generative AI or AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience acting as a technical lead (preferred).
Knowledge of tactical radio protocols, digital signal processing, and waveform design (preferred).
Experience with Linux kernel modification, U-Boot configuration, and hardware debugging tools like JTAG or oscilloscopes (preferred).
