What you'll do

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software build, test, analysis, packaging, and release workflows.
Develop automation for source control triggers, build orchestration, artifact publication, and release traceability.
Manage C++ software build environments including compiler toolchains, dependency management, and cross-platform execution.
Integrate automated testing, static analysis, and security controls into the development lifecycle.
Create infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code solutions for scalable and auditable platform deployment.
Manage artifact repositories and package management workflows to ensure versioning and provenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipelines, build systems, tool integrations, and dependency resolution.
Provide technical leadership by establishing DevSecOps standards and roadmaps for engineering workflow maturity.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 7 years of experience are required.
Secret Clearance is required.
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering, build/release engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering is required.
At least 5 years of experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps is required.
At least 5 years of experience with modern C++ build systems (e.g., CMake, Conan) and automation scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is required.
At least 3 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code, troubleshooting toolchains, and working in regulated environments is required.
Experience supporting C++ for embedded/real-time systems, using Artifactory/Nexus, or working with containerized build environments is preferred.
