What you'll do

Design and implement software using C/C++ for application-level and embedded systems.
Contribute to software architecture specification and technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance, assign tasks, and review formal documentation for the software team.
Estimate and track financial progress, labor, and resources as a Control Account Manager.
Track software team performance metrics against critical program milestones and KPIs.
Review design activities for compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and quality.
Prepare design review materials for SRR, PDR, CDR, and other technical audits.
Participate in flight safety certification activities and independent validation of design concepts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
2+ years in an agile or other software lead role.
At least 5 years of experience with software design and development using C/C++ programming languages.
Experience creating and presenting software proposals, including developing and reviewing cost estimates and proposal packages.
Experience tracking earned value and leading large software planning efforts.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
Active Secret Clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
