What you'll do

Develop and implement application-level and embedded software using C/C++ on Linux systems.
Define software architecture specifications and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Manage project resources by estimating labor, tools, and costs to meet budget and schedule goals.
Track team performance metrics against critical program milestones and key performance indicators.
Perform independent validation and verification of design concepts and implementation approaches.
Oversee design activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and quality protocols.
Prepare technical materials for formal reviews such as SRR, PDR, and CDR audits.
Manage financial progress and earned value tracking in a Control Account Management (CAM) capacity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
At least 2 years of experience in an agile or other software lead role.
At least 5 years of experience with software design and development using C/C++ programming languages.
Experience creating and presenting software proposals including developing and reviewing cost estimates and proposal packages.
Experience tracking earned value and leading large software planning efforts.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
Active Secret Clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
