What you'll do

Own system and software architecture by translating requirements into architectural strategies and implementation plans.
Lead the design, implementation, integration, and testing of software using Java and C++.
Serve as the technical point of contact to recommend technologies and champion engineering best practices.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system integration issues for deployed operational systems.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and identify technical improvements.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and participate in design and code reviews.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior engineers to support a culture of learning and growth.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical lead, software architect, or project-level software leadership role.
Active Secret Clearance.
Lead design, implementation, integration, and test using Java and C++.
Strong mastery of object-oriented design, multi-threaded programming, concurrency models, and synchronization techniques (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead architecture decisions across embedded, platform, and cloud domains (preferred).
Active TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
