Lead Software Engineer - Sr. Java/AWS Developer will join the Consumer & Community Banking, Auto team to build secure, stable, and scalable technology products for the automotive finance sector. What we're looking for
Experience architecting, building, and supporting scalable, distributed applications in product-based or financial services environments.
Experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives using microservices architecture across AWS and hybrid environments.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AWS solutions, including service selection, network fundamentals, and cloud security controls.
Experience building, containerizing, and scaling microservices-based applications using AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Advanced proficiency in Java, J2EE frameworks, Spring Boot, JPA, RESTful APIs, and web services.
Strong database experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and query optimization.
Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, or Neo4j) and messaging platforms like Apache Kafka or TIBCO MQ.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI in engineering workflows.
Experience delivering production use cases involving AI/ML, data warehousing, front-end frameworks (Angular/React), or banking domain knowledge (preferred).
