As a Lead Software Engineer in Salesforce’s Digital Marketing Technology organization, you will join the Platform Services team to provide technical leadership in designing and building scalable cloud-native services for Salesforce’s global digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, architecture, and platform teams to drive technical strategy, influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while elevating engineering standards across globally scaled digital experiences. What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining large-scale production services.
Deep expertise in microservices architecture, domain-driven design, RESTful, and GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience with AWS or other public cloud substrates for high-scale microservices deployment.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js runtime for back-end software development.
Strong knowledge of web security practices including JWT lifecycle management and XSS prevention.
Experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate the SDLC and improve engineering productivity.
Expertise in test-driven development and testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright.
