Lead Software Engineer, Platform Software Engineering

What you'll do

• Design and deliver multi-cloud security and continuous compliance solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technical controls, measurable KPIs, and actionable engineering roadmaps.
• Build automated preventive, detective, and corrective controls including validation, evidence capture, and remediation.
• Write high-quality production code in Python or Go and contribute to Java components as required.
• Engineer workflow orchestration for control execution and remediation across cloud and platform systems.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins with integrated DevSecOps quality and security gates.
• Lead reliability and security engineering by conducting architecture reviews, root-cause analysis, and maintaining operational runbooks.
• Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience with Cloud Security and Engineering across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience in end-to-end backend delivery including system design, development, testing, deployment, and production operations.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go for building services and automation.
• Experience implementing security, audit, and compliance controls in regulated environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD expertise using Jenkins in enterprise delivery environments.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, and event-driven architectures (preferred).
