What you'll do

Lead the adoption and deployment of RUST across multiple product lines and embedded systems.
Manage the integration and conversion of legacy software code into RUST.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for memory-safe RUST programming.
Translate complex requirements into maintainable software solutions across all stages of the SDLC.
Develop and evaluate hardware-software interfaces and operational performance requirements.
Investigate root causes of complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Create software test plans, procedures, and other relevant technical documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and perform peer reviews to identify and repair defects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
At least 3 years of experience leading software development teams.
At least 5 years of experience with C/C++ development and object-oriented design.
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
Experience developing RUST software (preferred).
Experience developing embedded software systems (preferred).
Object-oriented design and implementation experience with exposure to modeling tools like IBM Rhapsody or MagicDraw/Cameo (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
