What you'll do

Translate business requirements into maintainable software solutions for encryption products.
Develop and implement software using Rust, C/C++, and Python for embedded real-time operating systems.
Troubleshoot complex software issues and implement technical solutions independently or with a team.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including design, implementation, and formal testing.
Create software test plans, procedures, and other relevant technical documentation.
Use modeling tools to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
Perform peer reviews to identify, track, and repair software defects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate hardware-software interfaces.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
At least 1 year of experience developing Rust software for production systems.
At least 1 year of experience with software design and development using C/C++ programming languages and object-oriented design.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance.
Master's degree (preferred).
Active security clearance (preferred).
Experience with object-oriented design, software modeling, and UML tools such as IBM Rhapsody or MagicDraw/Cameo (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
