What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Java 21 and Python for building into public and private clouds using CI/CD strategies is required.
Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Dynatrace is required.
Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability is required.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and cloud-native technologies is required.
Experience building AI/ML driven applications and using approved AI-assisted software development tools is required.
Knowledge of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs and outputs, is required.
