What you'll do

Develop and execute proposal plans and strategies based on specific Capture Plan elements.
Manage proposal budgets including estimating, securing, and tracking costs throughout the process.
Recruit and manage a multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts to develop winning proposals.
Ensure all proposal sections comply with solicitation requirements and meet evaluation criteria.
Lead internal review cycles such as Pink, Red, and Gold team reviews in partnership with Capture Managers.
Coordinate technical solutions by collaborating with engineering and program management leads.
Deliver high-quality, error-free proposals and Best and Final Offers within strict customer deadlines.
Support post-submittal activities including site visits, surveys, and win/loss analysis.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Active US Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
Experience working within the SAP environment (preferred).
Experience within DoD and/or Federal Government acquisition environment (preferred).
Proposal management certification such as APMP, Shipley, or company internal (preferred).
Extensive proposal management and process training such as Shipley, SM&A, or Lohfeld (preferred).
Demonstrated experience developing relationships with customers while guiding highly effective proposal teams (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
