Required skills include experience with flight tests, certification, environmental testing, and aerospace engineering. Preferred qualifications include a background in Electronic Warfare or sensor signal processing, as well as knowledge of government contract acquisition, design to cost activities, and Root Cause Corrective Action techniques.

What you'll do

Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within allocated cost and schedule commitments.
Oversee and coordinate cost, schedule, and technical aspects of hardware and software development projects.
Manage project budgets and track progress to ensure the achievement of payment milestones.
Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and opportunities.
Estimate resource and material needs for specific products and projects.
Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary reviews and approvals.
Manage projects using Earned Value Management (EVMS) on DCMA surveilled programs.
Perform value stream mapping activities and other tasks to drive project execution.

What we're looking for

Must have a Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
IPTL/CAM Professional experience.
Experience with best practices for project engineering and program execution.
Experience managing multi-discipline programs across multiple locations.
Experience with flight tests, certification, environmental testing, and aerospace engineering.
Experience in managing labor resources in a matrix organization and Technical Supplier Management, Risk and Opportunity Management.
U.S. citizens.
