What you'll do

Lead the setup, launch, and optimization of new manufacturing lines including equipment selection and workflow design.
Evaluate and resolve production program product non-conformances to ensure continuous production flow.
Perform real-time work-in-progress non-conformance prioritization, including repair, scrap evaluation, and functional coordination.
Drive process optimization and yield improvement to minimize waste and improve resource utilization.
Serve as the Engineering Responsible Authority for root cause analysis and corrective actions in partnership with Quality.
Design and test new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems focused on scalability and manufacturability.
Provide technical inputs for root cause investigations and systemic learning across the manufacturing sector.
Manage engineering analysis to inform design engineering dispositions and represent the Material Review Board.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience in setting up, launching, or scaling new manufacturing lines or facilities (preferred).
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, analysis, or materials (preferred).
Previous experience working root cause and non-conformances (preferred).
Experience in project, materials, process, manufacturing, and/or integration/test engineering (preferred).
Experience designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
