What you'll do

Evaluate and resolve production program product non-conformances as a Responsible Engineer Authority.
Prioritize real-time work-in-progress non-conformance actions including repair, scrap evaluation, and functional coordination.
Perform root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analysis in partnership with the Quality organization.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Provide technical inputs for design engineering dispositions and Material Review Board processes.
Design and test new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.
Manage requirements and risk management using Systems Engineering principles.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Knowledge of rocket propulsion components and theory of operation.
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, Analysis, or Materials (preferred).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (preferred).
Experience with root cause analysis and non-conformances (preferred).
Experience in project, materials, process, manufacturing, and/or integration/test engineering (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
