What you'll do

Direct and lead engineering functional task leaders across systems, software, aeronautical, and specialty engineering disciplines.
Execute program activities while ensuring technical compliance across manufacturing and hangar operations.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers throughout every phase of the program lifecycle.
Develop, document, and obtain approval for comprehensive program plans.
Identify and manage project risks to ensure execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure strict adherence to engineering processes and life-cycle requirements.
Coordinate overall program activities across multiple internal teams and external hardware vendors.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (SCI) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Demonstrated experience understanding of engineering processes and policies.
Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery.
Demonstrated experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (including Test Engineering), or Project Engineering.
Experience in leadership roles such as Task Leader, IPT Leader, or Functional Manager (preferred); RC-135 Weapon System experience (preferred).
