What you'll do

Lead cross-functional engineering teams through program execution and bid/proposal activities.
Provide technical leadership to resolve design and integration challenges for hardware and software systems.
Manage program planning to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Track engineering performance metrics and brief senior leadership on monthly status updates.
Monitor cost and schedule execution while identifying and managing risks or variances.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customer interactions throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure all hardware and software integrations comply with performance, reliability, and safety standards.
Manage aircraft test support contracts and attend site evaluations and test events.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 12 years of experience are required.
An active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret (SCI) clearance.
Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Demonstrated experience understanding of engineering processes and policies.
Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Integration, Test, and Delivery.
Experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (including Test Engineering), or Project Engineering is required.
Experience as a Task Leader, IPT Leader, Functional Manager, or in customer communication roles is preferred.
