What you'll do

Lead technical planning, execution, and coordination for all assigned program activities.
Ensure strict adherence to engineering life-cycle processes and technical baselines.
Identify, assess, and manage technical and program risks throughout the project.
Direct and manage multidisciplinary engineering functional task leaders for program operations.
Serve as the primary technical interface for internal leadership and external customers.
Oversee technical performance of software, infrastructure, networking, and operations support.
Coordinate across multidisciplinary engineering teams and various operational stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering (including Test Engineering), or Project Engineering.
An active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Experience performing in a Project Engineering or similar role (preferred).
Leadership skills such as Task Leader, IPT Leader, and/or Functional Management (preferred).
Experience with VIP/SAM Aircraft, CAM, IPT Lead, software development, Agile, Atlassian tools, or aircraft integration (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
