What you'll do

Lead engineering execution activities to ensure programs meet technical requirements, budget, and schedule.
Interpret statement of work requirements into actionable engineering direction for production teams.
Prepare engineering proposal briefings and support other departments in developing bids.
Write and deliver technical presentations on product status to customers and senior leadership.
Review, approve, and sign off on all technical contractual deliverables for the customer.
Serve as the primary Technical Point of Contact for the technical evaluation of customer proposals.
Manage projects across all contract phases including requirements, design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant prior experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant prior experience.
Experience in electrical systems, mechanical design, airframe systems, cyber security, system design, or software.
Experience with preparing proposals, reviewing bids, and supporting technical evaluations.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Experience working successfully in a team environment (preferred).
Aircraft certification including Military Commercial Derivative, FAA Supplemental Type, and Military Airworthiness (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
