What you'll do

Lead a cross-functional team to resolve complex design and system integration challenges on airborne platforms.
Manage project plans, technical baselines, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers throughout every phase of the program lifecycle.
Review and approve engineering deliverables, including analyses, test plans, technical reports, and design changes.
Lead formal design reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Track engineering performance metrics and brief senior leadership on monthly program status and cost/schedule variances.
Manage the aircraft Integrity Program, including structural, mechanical, and propulsion system integrity.
Support new business capture by developing bid estimates, technical responses, and BOE generation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Demonstrated experience understanding of engineering processes and policies.
Demonstrated experience in Bid and Proposal development.
Demonstrated experience in Aero, Software/Hardware, Systems, or Project Engineering.
Demonstrated experience in leadership roles such as Task Leader, IPT Leader, or Functional Manager (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in communicating with internal and external Customer stakeholders (preferred).
