What you'll do

Lead a large, cross-disciplinary project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
Develop and coordinate the cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects.
Review project budgets and schedules to drive execution and achieve payment milestones.
Identify, track, mitigate, and manage program-level risks and opportunities.
Estimate resource and material needs for specific projects and products.
Coordinate with resource managers to ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
Develop and manage project schedules using Earned Value (EV) indicators on DCMA surveilled programs.
Lead engineering proposal efforts for new program pursuits and Engineering Change Proposals.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience.
Must have a Graduate Degree and at least 7 years of related experience.
Must have at least 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
IPTL/CAM Professional experience (preferred).
Experience with best practices for project engineering and program execution (preferred).
Experience managing multi-discipline programs, including software, hardware, and firmware (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
