What you'll do

Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within allocated cost and schedule commitments.
Coordinate the cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects.
Review project status and budgets while managing schedules and preparing status reports.
Assess engineering issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
Identify, track, mitigate, and manage program-level risks.
Coordinate with resource managers to ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
Implement and adapt project execution plans to achieve technical and cost requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
Experience leading Government Contract development programs (preferred).
Experience leading a multi-disciplined team of engineers (preferred).
Experience with program pursuit and proposal activities (preferred).
Possession of a Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
