What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-organizational technical programs including scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical security issues and high-priority risks to coordinate mitigation strategies with executives.
Drive the transformation and optimization of internal processes to improve product reliability and operational efficiency.
Provide expert technical guidance to automate reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models for long-term program execution.
Define and enforce delivery standards ensuring all products meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
Develop and communicate strategic communication plans for complex objectives to diverse stakeholders and customers.
Mentor and provide technical direction to cross-functional teams to remove blockers and resolve project bottlenecks.
Analyze large, complex datasets to drive data-informed decisions regarding program performance and service level agreements.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess technical knowledge to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resource requirements for complex programs.
Must be able to lead cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for critical issues.
Must have the ability to design and implement strategies for process optimization and transformation.
Must be able to analyze complex data sources to drive informed decision-making and report on KPIs.
Must be able to partner with senior leadership to align program goals with business objectives.
Must be able to provide mentorship and technical guidance to cross-functional team members.
