What you'll do

Lead the strategy, scope, and execution of highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs.
Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while serving as the primary point of escalation.
Design and optimize processes to improve product reliability, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate rapid responses to critical security escalations and determine comprehensive mitigation strategies.
Define and enforce delivery standards for security, scalability, and compliance across multiple teams.
Direct the automation of reporting, dashboards, and forecasts to support long-term program execution.
Align technical priorities with business goals through regular reporting and strategic communication with senior leadership.
Mentor program staff and provide expert technical guidance to remove workflow barriers and drive innovation.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
Must be able to lead highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs and initiatives.
Must be able to identify risks, manage scope, and estimate program timelines using technical knowledge.
Must be able to drive the automation of comprehensive reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and models.
Must be able to lead rapid response to critical security escalations and determine mitigation strategies.
Must be able to develop and communicate strategic communication plans for complex objectives to partners and customers.
