Lead Principal Technical Program Manager, OCI Capacity & Demand Planning serves as a critical leader within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team to manage capacity and demand planning programs supporting AI/ML and cloud infrastructure priorities. This individual contributor role involves translating business strategy, customer demand, and product roadmaps into integrated near-term and long-range plans for GPU, compute, storage, and network infrastructure. The person will develop governance models, analytical frameworks, and operating rhythms to balance supply availability, site readiness, capital commitments, and revenue realization. Key responsibilities include managing New Product Introduction roadmaps, performing scenario modeling, and conducting financial analysis to optimize capital efficiency. The role requires expertise in supply chain operations, demand forecasting, and risk management while navigating complex technical constraints across data center hardware, including racks, power, space, and networking components to ensure seamless infrastructure scaling.
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of major OCI capacity and demand planning programs for core infrastructure products.
Develop and govern integrated consensus demand plans across various customers, regions, products, and planning horizons.
Translate demand forecasts into executable supply, manufacturing, allocation, and deployment plans by identifying constraints and dependencies.
Integrate New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmaps with product lifecycle transitions to ensure scalable platform ramps.
Establish cross-functional operating cadences, governance models, and KPI frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making.
Lead high-value capacity and capital decisions involving long-lead components, site readiness, and inventory exposure.
Create decision frameworks using scenario planning, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis to provide executive recommendations.
Convert complex, conflicting data sets into concise executive narratives, dashboards, and business review presentations.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, operations, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, capacity or demand planning, supply chain operations, cloud infrastructure, or related disciplines.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and delivering measurable business impact in complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, scenario modeling, product lifecycle planning, supply-demand balancing, operational planning, and risk management.
Ability to translate strategic demand into executable plans while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
Experience supporting senior and executive leadership through strategic planning, business reviews, and operational decision-making.
Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills to influence technical and business leaders at all levels.
Advanced analytical capabilities to convert complex data into actionable recommendations (preferred); Graduate degree or relevant certification (preferred).
