The Lead Principal Technical Program Manager joins the OCI Strategic Customers Engineering team to bridge construction, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams for large-scale AI and GPU infrastructure projects. This individual contributor role focuses on translating ambiguity into clear risk assessments, mitigation plans, and communication paths regarding complex infrastructure delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating across departments to track customer commit dates, identifying risks related to power, cooling, and construction delays, and providing executive-ready status reporting. The role requires expertise in data center delivery dependencies, including facility readiness and operational handoff. Key competencies include managing technical delivery programs, navigating complex infrastructure projects, and communicating risk clearly to stakeholders. The position addresses the challenge of ensuring timely delivery for high-demand cloud infrastructure by aligning diverse internal teams on shared plans and project health.
Coordinate across construction, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to track delivery plans and dependencies.
Identify risks to customer commit dates caused by infrastructure constraints or construction delays.
Develop and manage mitigation plans with clear owners, actions, and documented decision points.
Determine where delivery plans can be accelerated or where timeline slips require escalation.
Create internal and customer-facing communication plans for risk updates and schedule changes.
Act as the primary link between technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project health.
Provide executive-ready status reporting, risk summaries, and decision support for strategic programs.
What we're looking for
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
Experience coordinating complex infrastructure, data center, cloud capacity, construction-adjacent, or technical delivery programs (preferred).
Strong understanding of data center delivery dependencies including construction milestones, power, cooling, and engineering readiness (preferred).
Experience working across engineering, construction, operations, and customer-facing teams to manage risks (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, create mitigation plans, and drive alignment across teams without direct ownership of all execution areas (preferred).
Strong customer and executive communication skills including the ability to summarize technical and operational risks (preferred).
Experience with GPU, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale data center delivery (preferred).
