What you'll do

Lead Cloud Hardware Support and Server Operations programs across North America.
Manage build and deployment, production readiness, and hardware lifecycle processes.
Develop scalable program frameworks to support rapid regional expansion and hyperscale growth.
Standardize deployment methodologies and improve service delivery across multiple sites.
Implement AI, automation, and scripting to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center Engineering.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and execution gaps to meet customer service levels.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an advanced degree (plus).
Experience in hyperscale cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, hardware support, or data center operations is required.
Proven experience managing large, geographically distributed programs across multiple teams and sites.
Demonstrated success scaling operational systems and program mechanisms within rapidly growing technology organizations.
Proficiency in driving transformation through AI, automation, scripting, and process engineering.
Ability to use tools such as Jira and Confluence to improve workforce productivity and service quality.
