Lead Integrated Technologies Architect

What you'll do

• Provide consulting implementation services for medical device connectivity products across North America.
• Deploy integrated hardware, software, and clinical workflow solutions for external clients.
• Lead the development of product methodologies, technical documentation, and implementation best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex device integration issues and mitigate technical risks during client engagements.
• Facilitate technical discovery and provide expertise on client-specific environments to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support clients through project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support.
• Collaborate with internal IP and strategy teams to identify defects and update product documentation.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to internal stakeholders regarding product expertise.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 8 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed.
• Must be willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• 4 years’ experience working with CareAware iBus (preferred).
• 4 years’ experience working with Linux Operating Systems (preferred).
• 4 years’ experience with HL7 standards (preferred).
