What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of contact delivery infrastructure and integrated systems architectures.
Develop multi-year technology roadmaps for contact center and support systems in collaboration with engineering and business partners.
Establish enterprise system architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Design and implement cross-functional routing pilots and projects to achieve specific business outcomes.
Analyze the impact of business initiatives on infrastructure and propose technical solutions to resolve misalignments.
Define technical requirements and perform analysis for contact delivery and customer support system projects.
Identify emerging technologies and lead pilot programs to evaluate their potential for AppleCare integration.
Drive system visibility, continuous improvement, and enterprise architecture strategies across the support landscape.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience leading, designing, or architecting infrastructure technology projects including Contact Center and CRM systems.
Experience designing or supporting enterprise applications in highly-available cloud environments.
Experience with large-scale integrated technology migrations such as on-prem to cloud or system refreshes.
Experience with Agentic Workflows, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
Strong organization, project management, and analytical thinking skills to translate analysis into actions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to build cross-functional partnerships.
Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Perl, shell) and data analytics/monitoring systems (SQL, Splunk, Grafana).
