What you'll do

Manage risk identification and remediation for firewalls, proxies, routers, switches, and load balancers.
Lead audit-driven execution by managing RFIs and ensuring timely responses to audit inquiries.
Establish operational excellence through the creation of runbooks, standards, and repeatable controls.
Develop and maintain KRIs, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership reporting on SLA adherence and control health.
Partner with Cyber, Technology, and Operations teams to reduce operational, cyber, and resiliency risks.
Lead team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve delivery speed and quality.
Provide daily tasks, guidance, and oversight for the infrastructure engineering team.
Identify and escalate issues to ensure compliance with security standards and service-level agreements.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience leading infrastructure engineering projects and team members.
Deep knowledge in areas such as hardware, networking, deployment, automation, scaling, or system performance.
Proficiency in automation for infrastructure engineering tasks.
Experience with cloud and hybrid network environments.
Risk/controls exposure and familiarity with GRC tools like Archer.
Relevant certifications in network, security, or risk fundamentals.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to present to senior leadership.
