What you'll do

Test infrastructure performance and execute creative solutions for design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
Drive workstreams to architect and implement changes that modernize organizational and technology processes.
Analyze upstream and downstream data implications to advise on necessary mitigation actions.
Apply reuse-first and AI-assisted practices to automate delivery routines and identify recurring issues.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate infrastructure analysis, documentation, and monitoring summaries.
Perform network configuration, troubleshooting, and validation for Cisco, Arista, and Fortinet hardware.
Execute network migration projects including pre- and post-migration checks and cutover activities.
Manage routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF along with switching concepts like VLANs and STP.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance.
Strong hands-on Cisco, Arista, and Fortinet networking expertise, including L2/L3 switching and routing.
Proven delivery experience on network migration projects, including pre-/post-migration checks and cutover activities.
Expertise in routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.
Solid switching concepts including VLANs, STP, LACP, and port-channels.
Operational experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and validation.
Experience operating/migrating across public and private clouds with relevant scripting (e.g., Python) and basic data fluency.
