As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer-Cloud Networking and Risk within the Infrastructure Platforms team, you will lead end-to-end cloud networking architecture for enterprise platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will design infrastructure for segmentation, transit, DNS, load balancing, and egress controls while defining reusable network standards and reference designs. Your daily work involves translating business requirements into secure blueprints, managing technical risks, and resolving audit or cybersecurity findings through remediation planning. You will implement policy-as-code controls and utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation. Required expertise includes routing, switching, BGP, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust principles alongside experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible. This role addresses the challenge of maintaining high availability, performance, and compliance within a highly regulated environment through robust network architecture and automated infrastructure management.
Lead end-to-end cloud networking architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
Define and govern reusable network architecture standards and reference designs for internal and customer solutions.
Translate business requirements into secure, production-ready architecture blueprints and implementation plans.
Manage technical risks by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing mitigation plans for cloud networking domains.
Resolve audit, regulatory, and cybersecurity findings by coordinating remediation plans and evidence collection.
Establish architecture guardrails and policy-as-code controls to reduce operational risk.
Lead major incident response and root-cause analysis for network-related outages.
Integrate enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate infrastructure analysis and automate delivery routines.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Significant experience in cloud networking architecture and enterprise network design within regulated environments.
Deep expertise in core networking concepts including routing, switching, BGP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, NAT, proxies, load balancing, and zero-trust principles.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native networking services and hybrid connectivity patterns.
Proven track record of managing and remediating technology and cybersecurity risks from audits and control testing.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tooling such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure engineering workflows while ensuring data security.
