As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer- Network Connectivity Services within the Network Services team, you will design, build, and optimize infrastructure platforms supporting global operations while serving as the Connectivity Service Delivery Manager for the Americas region. Additionally, you will leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation while ensuring all designs meet strict resiliency, security, and auditability requirements within a regulated environment.

What you'll do

Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure architectures for business-critical applications.
Manage end-to-end delivery of network and connectivity projects across the Americas region.
Coordinate with telecom providers and vendors to manage contracts, SLAs, and service improvements.
Translate business requirements into technical infrastructure solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
Track project progress, manage change control, and oversee cost governance for all connectivity projects.
Perform capacity planning and data analytics to provide actionable insights for senior management.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform reliability and performance.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP compute, storage, and networking services.
Proven experience in project or service delivery management.
Deep knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies (Layers 0-3) including fiber, DWDM, Ethernet, and various connectivity types.
Experience working with telecom service providers and managed service providers, including contract and SLA oversight.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence both business and technical domains.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure analysis while ensuring security and auditability.
