Ability to communicate technical issues and risks clearly to C-level leaders in business language.
Proficiency in structured troubleshooting methods like root-cause analysis, packet captures, and log interpretation.
Knowledge of infrastructure areas such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, automation, or scalability.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure workflows with strong validation habits.
Proficiency in specific infrastructure technologies and programming languages.
