What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience engineering and supporting production infrastructure in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills including service health, system logs, and connectivity diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with Terraform for module development, state management, and repeatable provisioning.
Experience with IT service management processes including incident, change, and problem management workflows.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure engineering with strong validation habits.
Experience supporting infrastructure for enterprise analytics or business intelligence platforms (preferred).
Scripting and automation experience using Python or Bash for operational tooling (preferred).
