What you'll do

Modernize C#, .NET, and PowerShell workflows to automate branch builds and Windows operations at scale.
Architect and implement infrastructure changes to resolve technical issues and modernize organizational processes.
Develop a clean, maintainable, and extensible agentic platform for the Software Defined Branch system.
Integrate AI tools and emerging agentic patterns into daily engineering workflows and production environments.
Manage complex programs and projects while ensuring compliance with risk, security, and business standards.
Analyze complex data and systems to anticipate issues and implement proactive mitigation actions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technologists.
Design and manage system integrations using REST APIs and relational database development.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Minimum 7 years of deep working knowledge of C#, .NET, and PowerShell in production environments.
Experience with Windows platform engineering and automation workflows at scale.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies across public and private clouds.
Strong understanding of REST API design, relational database development, and system integration patterns.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code in production contexts.
Experience with front-end frameworks (React or equivalent) (preferred).
Experience in financial services or a comparable enterprise environment (preferred).
