Preferred technical proficiencies include CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, and ServiceNow, alongside knowledge of ITIL, NIST, and COBIT frameworks within highly regulated financial services environments.

What you'll do

Lead the day-to-day operational support and administration of enterprise IAM platforms.
Manage platform health, availability, resiliency, maintenance, and scheduled upgrades.
Monitor service performance and operational metrics to ensure SLA attainment.
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities for all IAM services.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Support regulatory examinations, audits, control reviews, and evidence collection.
Maintain operational procedures, support documentation, and service runbooks.
Manage vendor support relationships and coordinate issue resolution with technology partners.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in IAM, Cyber Security, Technology Operations, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting enterprise IAM technologies and security platforms.
Working knowledge of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Experience with incident management, service operations, platform support, and operational monitoring.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within regulated and risk-focused environments.
Experience with CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ServiceNow, or similar platforms (preferred).
Work Authorization.
