We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Leader to lead the operational excellence of our Modern Delivery Platform. This department is the backbone of our enterprise software delivery capability, owning thousand of DevOps CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines (Azure) in GitHub, and a portfolio of over 250 enterprise developer tools, UI & backend development accelerators and software products that power thousands of engineers across the organization.

In this role you will be accountable for the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle across a sophisticated, multi-layered SDLC ecosystem. Our environment spans AI-driven agent orchestration, cloud-native infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, enterprise DevSecOps toolchains (GitHub, SonarQube, CxOne, WIZ), automated testing frameworks, and data governance integration through Collibra. You will ensure that every platform service meets or exceeds its SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and act as the primary interface between software platform engineering and our internal business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of ITIL-grounded service management discipline and genuine technical fluency in modern cloud-native, DevSecOps, and AI-augmented delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & SLA Management: Own and manage service level agreements (SLAs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platform engineering services, ensuring consistent delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• SDLC Ecosystem Oversight: Oversee the seamless operation of our full SDLC toolchain including Azure DevOps (backlog/sprint management), GitHub (repositories, Actions workflows, Package Registry, Copilot), SonarQube (code quality), CxOne SAST and SCA (code security and dependency analysis), WIZ (cloud security posture management), and ServiceNow (change and release management).
• Infrastructure & Cloud Services: Ensure the reliability and governance of Azure infrastructure as code pipelines, collaborating with infrastructure teams managing Terraform-based IaC pipelines across the enterprise.
• DevSecOps Integration: Drive the integration and operational health of security scanning (CxOne SAST/SCA), cloud security (WIZ), and code quality (SonarQube) services into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Test Automation Services: Manage the delivery of automated testing services including Playwright for UI test automation, Python-based test automation, and framework support for JUnit, Jest, Pytest, and NUnit, working with Azure Test Plans for test management.
• Data Governance Integration: Champion the integration with Collibra for data classification, ensuring platform services adhere to data governance policies and that metadata flows seamlessly between engineering tools and the enterprise data catalog.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Management: Ensure effective utilization of collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams (messaging, meetings, transcript management), Confluence (architecture patterns, frameworks, cookbooks), Miro (planning and architecture diagrams), and SharePoint (business, functional, and non-functional requirements documentation).
• Incident & Problem Management: Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management processes across platform services. Coordinate with ServiceNow for change and release management governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular service reviews, capacity planning insights, and roadmap alignment across business units.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive service improvement initiatives using data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and industry best practices to enhance platform reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Vendor & License Management: Oversee vendor software license planning and budgeting, optimizing costs while ensuring compliance and continuity.

Skills — Mandatory

• Service Management Expertise: Proven track record (7+ years) in IT Service Delivery Management, with ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher). Demonstrable experience managing SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, PaaS, identity/Entra ID). Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, specifically Terraform, and how IaC pipelines operate at scale.

• Vendor Management: Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and software licensing at enterprise scale (250+ tools/products).
• Regulated Industry Experience: Background working in financial services, banking, or similarly regulated industries with an understanding of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to define, track, and report on operational metrics and KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement and executive-level reporting.

$164,600 - 288,000 USD

Role Overview

The Specialist, Business Management role sits within the Investment Operations / COO organization and operates at the crossroads of Fee Billing execution, revenue oversight platform development, and business analysis. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, transparency, scalability, and future-state evolution of the firm’s fee billing and revenue oversight capabilities.

The Specialist will partner closely with the Fee Billing Team, OCIO and Investment Operations stakeholders, Technology, and Data teams to support the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle while also leading business analysis and requirements definition for enhancements to the Revenue Oversight Platform. The role blends hands-on operational support with analytical rigor, project governance, and strong technical fluency in SQL and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

Fee Billing & Revenue Operations Support

• Support the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, including development, compilation, review, validation, and distribution of client invoices across multiple asset classes and product structures.
• Act as a subject matter expert on fee billing processes, fee schedules, and underlying data flows, proactively identifying risks, breaks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Fee Billing Team to investigate and resolve complex billing exceptions, discrepancies, and client inquiries.
• Embed strong risk mitigation, controls, and documentation into all billing and revenue-related processes.

Revenue Oversight Platform Development

• Support the design, build, and ongoing enhancement of the Revenue Oversight Platform, serving as a key liaison between business users and technology teams.
• Perform gap analysis on existing tools, processes, and data to identify functional and technical enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable artifacts (business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria).

Role Description

Financial Management

Oversee financial management and performance for projects including:

• developing and/or managing project-specific capital and expense budgets including all financial form submissions required by internal finance teams
• preparing and submitting timely monthly forecasts (i.e., Clarity PPM)

• optimizing spending on assigned projects

Staff Management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

A successful candidate for the role will have at least 10 years of overall experience including in the Financial Services industry, with at least 5 years’ experience leading and managing high-visibility technology projects that involve Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Software Engineering to lead our Enterprise DevSecOps function. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and execute the enterprise DevSecOps strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation, Agentic SDLC, and Agentic DevOps practices to enhance developer productivity, reduce cycle times, and improve software quality

Testing & Reliability Engineering

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with multiple programming languages such as Java/Spring Boot, JavaScript, React Ecosystem, Python, SQL/NoSQL, as well as unit testing frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-native engineering, using PaaS, and microservices on cloud platforms such as AKS on Azure.

As a visionary AI Developer Leader, you will be a key player in developing, deploying, and maintaining state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions within the Azure cloud environment. Your role will focus on leading a team of AI engineers and working closely with other teams and architects to complete projects and provide guidance general AI topics and trends. This role requires a deep and proven understanding of traditional machine learning, current AI technologies and patterns as well as cloud computing, software engineering principals as well as strong leadership and the ability to guide a team through the entire AI solution lifecycle, from concept to production.

As a team manager, you will be expected to:

To be successful, you’ll have: proven experience in:

• AI/ML development (5+ years), with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Infrastructure as code (IAC) experience in any language, Terraform is preferred
• Full stack Azure application development
• Security related concepts and controls, particularly in the cloud environment: OAuth, virtual networks, subnets, private endpoints, authentication mechanisms, identities and RBAC.
• Data protection and encryption techniques and tooling such as key vaults, encryption keys, masking and concepts such as BYOK.
• DevOps including CI/CD techniques and tools particularly Azure based and Github repos
• Running large scale (either in parallel and/or distributed) training and inference jobs on private or public cloud infrastructure
• Developing open-source software in a collaborative environment, desired but not required.
• Experience in any Graph Database development is desired but not required.

Tools/Languages required: Python, Common Python libraries (NumPy , Pandas, Sklearn, etc.), Linux based operating systems, and basic development tools (Python IDEs, source control, etc.)
