What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to support IAM processes and services.
Build and maintain automated workflows using the Tines platform.
Develop integrations between IAM platforms, security tools, ticketing systems, and enterprise applications.
Identify manual processes and translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Research emerging technologies and contribute to automation roadmaps and capability planning.
Create metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure automation effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Maintain documentation for all automation workflows, integrations, and best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance on Tines development and automation initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Automation Engineering, Software Development, or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting automation workflows using the Tines platform.
Experience with Digital Coworker, AI-enabled automation, or other intelligent automation technologies.
Experience integrating enterprise applications and security platforms using APIs, web services, and automation frameworks.
Proven ability to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Work Authorization.
