IAM Operations, Senior Lead, Cyber Sec Eng

What you'll do

• Lead global IAM platform operations, support teams, and service management functions.
• Own operational performance, availability, resiliency, capacity planning, and lifecycle management for IAM platforms.
• Establish and maintain service-level objectives, operational metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive automation, self-service capabilities, and continuous improvement to reduce operational risk.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities including root-cause remediation.
• Ensure operational readiness for audits, regulatory examinations, and control assessments.
• Manage vendor relationships, operational budgets, support contracts, and service performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing global operations organization focused on accountability and service excellence.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience in IAM, Cyber Security, or Technology Operations.
• Must have 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise platforms or operational teams.
• Must have expertise in Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Must have experience supporting critical security platforms in large, highly regulated organizations.
• Must have proven success driving operational transformation, automation, and service maturity improvements.
• Must have a strong understanding of ITIL, service management, operational resilience, and risk management practices.
• Experience with CyberArk, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ServiceNow, or cloud identity platforms (preferred).
• Work Authorization.
