What you'll do

  • Manage the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise IAM and PKI systems.
  • Perform certificate lifecycle management including issuance, renewal, revocation, and automation support.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for authentication issues and secure access controls.
  • Execute routine system operations such as patching, configuration management, and health monitoring.
  • Maintain Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
  • Develop operational documentation, including troubleshooting guides and maintenance procedures.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance IAM environment efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience supporting or maintaining Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments.
  • Experience administering and maintaining Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
  • Experience performing operational support activities including monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems.
  • Experience with certificate lifecycle management processes including issuance, renewal, revocation, and automation.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems administration and asymmetric cryptography concepts.
  • Knowledge of certificate policies, structures, and operational compliance requirements.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • High school diploma or GED.
