What you'll do

Own the full design lifecycle of data products from initial concept to visual design.
Develop a strategic vision and product roadmap for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing data solutions.
Build and iterate on a working ontology to model objects, properties, links, and actions.
Conduct user research including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and A/B testing to identify pain points.
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to validate design decisions.
Establish and maintain a consistent design system including typography, color palettes, and components.
Prototype and build out products hands-on alongside engineers using Palantir Foundry.
Define product requirements, manage the backlog, and track KPIs to measure solution effectiveness.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15.
Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain the required U.S. Security Clearance.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with taxonomy and ontology development.
5+ years of experience preparing, conducting, and analyzing user research.
5+ years of experience with analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.
5+ years of experience with Agile software development practices and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
