What you'll do

Build working proofs-of-value using prospect data to secure new contracts during the pre-sale phase.
Lead technical evaluations including architecture reviews, security compliance, and integration feasibility for prospective clients.
Architect and deploy custom AI Agent configurations to automate complex accounting processes in production environments.
Perform deep technical troubleshooting by writing SQL, editing Python, and diagnosing issues across customer systems.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise finance leaders during implementation and expansion.
Translate customer feedback and integration requirements into actionable product roadmap inputs for core engineering teams.
Create implementation guides and reusable assets to standardize deployment playbooks and accelerate future projects.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting.
Deep experience with Agentic AI technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent systems, RAG, and vector stores.
Experience with LLMs and tooling such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, and prompt engineering.
Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
Ability to manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously under delivery pressure.
Proficiency in translating ambiguity into executable requirements for both engineers and executives.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers and IT teams.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time for customer site visits and deployment workshops.
