JOB TITLE: Forward Deployed Engineer The Forward Deployed Engineer joins the team to deliver AI and data solutions directly within customer environments. What you'll do

  • Deliver production workflows, ontologies, pipelines, and AIP-powered applications inside customer Foundry environments.
  • Integrate customer data sources from ERPs, CRMs, legacy systems, and APIs into Foundry.
  • Translate business priorities into concrete deployment plans in partnership with the Account Strategist.
  • Execute rapid-value deployments within the first 90 days of every customer engagement.
  • Contribute to reusable templates and delivery patterns that scale across different customers and verticals.
  • Work directly with customer operational leaders to refine and operate production solutions.
  • Surface new use cases during delivery to support account expansion.

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience building and shipping production solutions in Palantir Foundry or AIP.
  • Experience working inside customer environments with customer data and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience integrating enterprise data sources via APIs and connectors.
  • Ability to design and operate scalable data pipelines and production workflows.
  • Comfort with AI and ML concepts including LLM-powered workflows, ontology design, and agentic application patterns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and operational customer stakeholders.
  • Based in Texas or willing to relocate.
  • Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at Palantir or at a Palantir delivery partner (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems (preferred).
  • Experience building reusable accelerators or templates that scale across customers (preferred).
  • Ability to travel 40%.
