Lead Enterprise IT Systems Architect

What you'll do

• Serve as the sole architectural authority to establish and govern enterprise standards and technical direction for the program.
• Design, integrate, and modernize systems across VDI, identity management, storage, and unified communications platforms.
• Lead automation and orchestration initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
• Develop secure, scalable architectures across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and classified environments.
• Ensure all designs comply with RMF, NIST 800-series controls, STIGs, and Zero Trust principles.
• Create authoritative architecture deliverables including diagrams, data flows, interface specifications, and reference designs.
• Develop modernization strategies, enterprise roadmaps, and transition plans based on technical assessments.
• Provide senior-level oversight for major engineering initiatives to ensure alignment with mission priorities.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of related experience in the field.
• Specialized design experience with large-scale enterprise IT services and cloud-native computing.
• Experience designing and integrating multi-technology environments including Citrix/Azure VDI, Active Directory, NetApp storage, and RHEL.
• Expertise in automation and orchestration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• US Citizenship.
