Systems Architect, Lead joins the Product Solutions Division to provide technical leadership in the design, test, analysis, and requirements development of RF-based technologies. The role focuses on the precision weapons domain, specifically addressing technical challenges in proximity, height-of-burst, unmanned RF payloads, seeker sensors, tactical data links, and radar systems for missiles, rockets, electronic warfare, and gun-launched munition platforms.

What you'll do

Create radar system architectures based on specific customer requirements.
Track emerging technologies to develop high-performance or low-cost technical solutions for RF systems.
Produce technical presentations and white papers to support internal hardware development activities.
Lead IRAD developments of new technologies and provide technical oversight for proposals and programs.
Develop system test documentation to ensure verification of functionality on the production line.
Oversee technical development of NRE activities by leading multi-discipline teams of engineers.
Evaluate government and industry RFIs to determine the feasibility of adapting products to meet requirements.

What we're looking for

BS in Electrical Engineering and minimum 8-10 years of experience in RF-based design.
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering and minimum 8 years of experience in the DoD/DoW industry.
Strong technical background in areas such as military system development, radar, communications, or digital signal processing.
Demonstrated technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience with proximity/HOB, seeker fuze technologies, FMCW/pulsed radar, or missile systems (preferred).
