IT Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target-state roadmaps across all technology domains.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders on technology investments, modernization options, and trade-offs.
• Provide architectural leadership for major programs to ensure alignment with business strategy and risk posture.
• Establish and operate architecture governance forums, including decision records, standards, and reference architectures.
• Translate strategic business priorities into capability-based architectures and sequenced transformation plans.
• Identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape, reduce technical debt, and improve system interoperability.
• Ensure all technology decisions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or platform strategy within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create and govern standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for stakeholder engagement and site/program support.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or UML (preferred).
• Experience with large-scale modernization, cloud transformation, and regulated industries (preferred).
