The Enterprise Solutions Architect joins the architecture team to define and govern end-to-end technology solutions aligning business objectives with enterprise standards. This role provides architectural leadership across applications, integrations, data, and security to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions. You will evaluate application technologies, establish governance boards, and review critical technical designs, integration patterns, and security models. Key responsibilities include translating requirements into technical specifications, prototypes, and proofs of concept while guiding secure platform designs for identity management and data privacy. You will utilize Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL. Technical expertise must include MuleSoft, SnapLogic, REST/SOAP services, and ETL tooling. You will also manage integrations with SAP ECC or S/4HANA within complex, multi-region CRM and digital transformation programs.
Define and govern end-to-end technology solutions that align business objectives with enterprise architecture standards.
Evaluate enterprise application technologies and solution approaches, specifically focusing on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
Establish and lead architecture governance, including design standards, guardrails, and technical decision forums.
Review and approve critical technical designs, integration patterns, security models, and data architecture decisions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, prototypes, proofs of concept, and implementation-ready deliverables.
Guide secure platform design for user access, identity management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Define Salesforce integration approaches and align API strategies with middleware patterns and connected enterprise systems.
Drive engineering quality expectations for Salesforce delivery, including testing practices, documentation, and technical debt reduction.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8–10 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture, solution engineering, or enterprise application design is required.
Strong technical depth in Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL is required.
Proven background in enterprise integration patterns, including API-led design, REST/SOAP, event-driven architecture, and middleware like MuleSoft or SnapLogic is required.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, is preferred.
Practical experience with Salesforce delivery lifecycle practices including CI/CD, Git-based version control, and automated testing is required.
