Lead Engineer, End User Computing

What you'll do

• Define and execute the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the End User Computing portfolio.
• Lead multiple engineering teams managing Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual workstations.
• Establish hardware standards, lifecycle strategies, and procurement recommendations for enterprise devices.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration, software distribution, and patching via cloud-based management tools.
• Drive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) through telemetry, AI-driven insights, and automated workflows.
• Oversee the infrastructure for mobile device management, print services, and peripheral hardware.
• Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams to implement secure-by-design architectures and zero-trust principles.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineering leaders and technical staff.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in EUC engineering or related IT infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, talent development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in endpoint management for Windows (Intune), macOS (JAMF), mobile, browsers, VDI, DaaS, print, and security solutions.
• Experience operating within Agile and Outcome-Based Delivery product organizations.
• Proficiency with software packaging and deployment tools such as Intune, JAMF, and MECM.
• Skills in telemetry, reporting, scripting, and automation using Nexthink NQL, Power BI/SQL, PowerShell, and Python.
• Ability to communicate technology strategy, risks, investment needs, and operational outcomes to executive leadership.
