What you'll do

Oversee the lifecycle management of servers and components to ensure high performance without impacting critical workloads.
Lead the planning, risk assessment, and execution governance for large-scale network builds and migrations.
Serve as the highest operational escalation point for complex incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
Govern adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Develop and implement automated workflows and triage playbooks to improve response consistency and speed.
Mentor technicians on advanced power distribution, hardware interventions, and technical best practices.
Partner with engineering teams to identify architectural improvements and mitigate availability risks across the fleet.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Experience leading complex data center hardware support services is required.
Experience managing server lifecycle, power distribution, and network infrastructure is required.
Ability to lead cross-functional triage, root-cause analysis, and high-level technical escalations is required.
Proficiency in governing SOPs/MOPs and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations is required.
