What you'll do

Oversee the lifecycle management of servers and components to ensure performance validation without impacting critical workloads.
Lead the planning, risk assessment, and execution governance for large-scale network builds and migrations.
Serve as the highest operational escalation point for complex incidents, leading cross-functional triage and root-cause analysis.
Govern adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules for high-risk work while ensuring compliance with safety and audit requirements.
Develop and implement automation triggers and updated ticket taxonomies to improve response consistency and speed.
Partner with engineering teams to identify architectural improvements, reduce single points of failure, and enhance observability.
Mentor technicians on advanced power distribution practices, hardware interventions, and high-quality documentation standards.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in data center support or related fields.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience leading complex data center hardware support services for reliability and availability at scale is required.
Ability to design, govern, and sign off on advanced change activities and site augmentations is required.
Ability to serve as the highest operational escalation point for incidents and lead cross-functional triage and root-cause analysis is required.
Experience in managing lifecycle management for servers and components is required.
Experience leading large-scale network builds, migrations, and infrastructure assessments is required.
Ability to mentor team members and influence policy and process changes is required.
