Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead customer engagement activities including project intake, requirements gathering, and roadmap development.
• Drive the strategic portfolio for analytics, reporting, application development, automation, and AI.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics and AI solutions for various internal departments.
• Develop and improve Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, and other web applications.
• Manage project governance, including risk management and milestone tracking across the analytics portfolio.
• Champion process improvement and data-driven decision making to enhance operational performance.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8 years of experience is required.
• Ability to perform business data analysis by collecting, identifying, and interpreting data using various techniques.
• Ability to assess and document business opportunities, including benefits, risks, and success factors for potential applications.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis tools and methods to elicit and record functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to design, build, and develop new products, technologies, or services from concept through production.
• Strong communication skills to transmit and interpret ideas, information, and needs effectively.
• Experience with Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging digital technologies (preferred).
